By accessing FetchrLy (including our web application and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service and API Limits

FetchrLy utilizes Google Gemini, Groq, NVIDIA, and Adzuna APIs. You agree not to abuse the platform by attempting to bypass rate limits or reverse-engineer our AI generation, job discovery, resume tailoring, and Abstract API email verification tools. You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you send using our Google OAuth integration.

3. Credits, Resume Tailoring, and Billing

Our service operates on a transparent pay-as-you-go credit system processed securely via Dodo Payments. Every new account receives 20 free complimentary credits upon sign-up. 1 credit is deducted per recruiter email discovery, personalized cold email draft generation, or surgical AI resume tailoring. If resume enhancement or verification encounters an unexpected failure, the reserved credit is automatically and immediately refunded to your balance. All purchases of additional AI credits are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law. Purchased credits never expire.

4. Account Suspension & Anti-Spam Compliance

FetchrLy is designed solely for 1-to-1 individual career networking. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in automated bulk spamming, send unsolicited mass commercial advertisements, or otherwise violate anti-spam standards.
